You can import and app if you do not want to create an app from scratch.

1. Go to My Apps dashboard.
2. Click Import App.
3. Click Upload and choose app from external sources.
4. Click Create to create the app to the My Apps dashboard. After the app is uploaded, the My Apps dashboard shows the newly created app.
